About Walter J. Williamsen

Mr. Williamsen is a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and principal in Condominum Consulting Services, LLC, with offices in Harwington, CT and South Kingston, RI. In additon to his years of experience servicing residential and commercial management groups, he has been an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), serving on various committees and participating in numerous educational programs. He is a past faculty member of the CAI’s national education arm.

Prior to entering the property and association management business, he served in financial and operations positions with a large multi-national company. His skills are augmented by knowledge of a wide network of professional resources, contractors, and other service providers for common interest communities. Mr. Williansen is a current membe of the CAI and is certified as a PCAM.

Over the past 15 years he has actively managed both residential and commercial properties as well as a management firm of more than 40 people. He holds an MBA degree in finance and continues his education today through courses related to management and upkeep of homeowner associations.

He is also registered with the Department of Consumer Protection as a Community Association Manager.
