About Russell Munz, creator of the Quick Start Property Manager Program.
Russell Munz graduated from Cornell University, where he studied real estate, property management and business management. As an Army Captain, he learned how the military uses forms and checklists to standardize procedures for consistent results. Russell is founder of Community Financials which provides accounting services to self-managed condo communities and homeowner associations (HOAs) and the property managers that work with them – nationwide.
Russell was a partner at Pyramid Real Estate Group, a management company in Fairfield County, CT. He built this successful management business using this program from 2001 – 2017. He started as the sole property manager and grew the company managing a staff of 41 servicing over 4,500 residential units.
He is an expert witness in court on property management issues. He has written over 17 published articles for real estate management magazines. He has spoken publicly about property management topics at over 20 different events to over 1000 people. He is a Certified Manager of Community Associations and a licensed Community Association Manager in CO, CT, IL, FL, and VA. He is a Real Estate Broker in CT, GA and NY. He is a member of the Community Association Institute (for community management) and a former member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the Cornell Real Estate Council.
He successfully trained over 50 managers and staff on the system at Pyramid. This property manager program is now available to you.
