Starting a Property Management Business

Starting anything is often one of the biggest challenges we face in life.  Whether it is starting a new diet or exercise routine or starting a new career.  I know, I left the Army in 2000 and wanted to start a new life and career but didn’t know where to turn.

My experience in the Army taught me that even if something was new to me, someone else had probably done it before.  So as a young Lieutenant in Korea, I would track down old orders, old plans and add my touches and re-use them.  This helped me save time, go faster, use great ideas and maybe make them a little better –  which helped me be successful in my new military career.

My “Property Management Business Start up Kit” was created to take the best ideas I found and used in the field of property management and provide them to you so you could go faster in starting a property management business, earning steady income and having your success.

This program provides a workbook and downloadble resources.  The marketing sell sheets, form letters, call scripts and concepts help you target and win business.  The legal forms /management agreements help you sign up clients.  The checklists help you do a proficient job at property management.  Plus my chapter on pricing will help you charge fees that are acceptable in the business so you can earn a good income.

If you choose property management as a way to earn money – I am certain the start up process will be easier with this program.
